For the Lawrence County High School Football program, the 2010 season will be remembered as the year of change as well as the year our senior class laid the foundation for success in the seasons to come. There certainly is a big difference in the level of talent when you step up to the 5A classification but new coach Shane Smothers will be working hard in the off season to meet those challenges (and others) that lay ahead. We thank the Booster Club for their hard work and dedication to the football program. And we thank our seniors for their hard work and dedication this season as well, and hope they'll remember they were the ones that were here at the beginning of the new era of Red Devil football.
