Noontime Concert Series Off to a Great Start

We Support the Arts

Our inaugural Noontime Concert Series got off to a great start on Friday, May 9th. We were blessed with wonderful weather and wonderful music by Decatur's Singing Commodores. People came with their lunch and sat under the huge oak trees on the Square, people sat on the benches in front of businesses and people listened on 98.3 and on the web at walw.org. We even had the directors of two Chambers of Commerce hang out with us and some of the shops on the Square put items outside for a Sidewalk Sale. We promoted the "Support the Arts" license program, diverse music and Downtown Moulton. Come join us each Friday in May at 12 noon on the Courthouse Sqaure. The weather, music and fellowship will be great!

Who Says There's Nothing Good On the Radio Anymore?

Certainly not the folks around Lawrence County Alabama. In addition to playing great music you won't find anywhere else, you'll also hear Auburn Football, Lawrence County High School football, the 7-school Lawrence County Basketball Tournament, Alabama high school basketball Area, Regional and State Tournaments and many live charitable events that we broadcast throughout the year. We're also the home for syndicated music programs including The Bone Conduction Music Show, FM Odyssey, Blues Deluxe, the Woodsongs Old Time Radio Hour and Kim's World of Talent.
